“Back when I was looking to make a career move I made a list of what was important to me in my next career. I called it my ‘career criteria’.  As I went on interviews I would rank each company on a scale from 1-5 on how well they met each criteria and each company would get a total score.  I told myself the company that scored the highest was the company I was going with.  Long story short, a career with Integrity and Family Heritage scored the highest and the rest is history.  My list included the following criteria:

• selling a product that truly matters and makes a difference in the lives of others
• working in a mentoring culture where personal and professional development is a priority
• building a significant long-term financial opportunity that included ownership and residual income
• autonomy of schedule… not sacrificing ‘quality of life’ for ‘standard of living’
